Derbyshire Police have released this image as part of an investigation into the theft of a valuable phone from an O2 store display.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus was stolen by a man who walked into the branch in Spring Gardens, Buxton.

He cut the security wire tethering the phone to a display stand and then ran off.

Officers have released a CCTV photo of a man we would like to speak to about the incident, which happened at the end of April.
