Success in triplicate for marketing firm

Two of Peak marketing firm Fig Creative’s clients have just won three prestigious awards in one night.

Directors at Fig Creative, Helen and Martin Duncan, celebrated alongside their client Colour Mobile VMS at the prestigious Derbyshire’s Best finals at a glittering award ceremony in the Roundhouse, Derby.

Fig Creative was nominated for the Best marketing award for their rebranding campaign for Colour Mobile VMS and were up against the same client for the go-to market campaign they had led in 2011. This same campaign reached the How Do marketing finals in Manchester earlier in the year.

Colour Mobile VMS won both the Best marketing campaign and the Best promising new business categories at the Derbyshire’s BEST Awards – a fantastic achievement for the Matlock-based business who distribute solar-powered visual information and monitoring systems across the UK.

“We were in effect up against our own client as we were in the finals of the Best marketing campaign for our own rebranding,” said Helen.

“However, we do all of Colour Mobile VMS’s marketing anyway so we were more delighted that they won. It was with the same marketing campaign for Colour Mobile VMS that we reached the marketing finals at How Do earlier in the year.

“We’ve been working as their marketing partner for the last two years and they have achieved so much in that time. To win two BEST Derbyshire Awards is a massive accolade and well deserved.”
