THE CHATSWORTH trusts and the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire have announced the appointment of Ted Cadogan as their Chief Operating Officer.
Ted joined Chatsworth at the start of the year to lead all parts of the visitor attraction enterprise: the house, garden, park and farmyard but also retail, catering and events businesses.
Chief Executive Richard Reynolds said: “This is an important and exciting new role at Chatsworth – bringing our operational teams together with a single aim: that is, to ever improve our visitors’ experience.”
Ted’s commercial background includes several years in retailing with Asda, brand management with Procter and Gamble, management consultancy with Bain and an MBA from Europe’s premier business school, INSEAD.
He added: “I am looking forward to working with the team at Chatsworth and with the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, to develop and preserve Chatsworth for the enjoyment of its visitors for many years to come.”
