The builders of a Buxton development have been presented with a prestigious award after homebuyers said they would recommend them.
Ben Bailey Homes – part of the Gladedale Group – has been awarded the maximum five stars for customer recommendation in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) national survey of homebuyers.
It is the second consecutive year the firm, responsible for the Compton Gate development, in Buxton, has been presented with the award.
More than 29,000 new homebuyers across the country took part in the 2012 HBF customer satisfaction survey, which asked them if they were satisfied with the quality of their new home and if they would recommend the builder to a friend. More than 90 per cent of Ben Bailey Homes’ customers said they would recommend the company.
The results of the survey were also supported and analysed by the National House Building Council, which is the standards setter for the UK house building industry.
Rob Slocombe, Gladedale Group marketing director, said: “We are delighted to have been recognised with a five star rating for customer recommendation. Our customers are the biggest advocates for our properties and service, so we’re thrilled to receive this accolade as a result of their feedback.
“The last 12 months have been very positive for the company as it continues to reinvent itself. The launch of our brand new product and superior specification for the Ben Bailey Homes brand has received a fantastic response from homebuyers. We will be continuing to introduce this new standard in homebuilding throughout our many developments.”
