Human Resources manager Kathy Travis said: “This programme integrates with the development plan for the business so that talented individuals can move into key roles as the company develops.”
Director of development Chris Russell, who is in charge of the programme, added: “Many of our senior people advanced through the business by developing their skills to build rewarding careers.”
