FOUR public meetings are to be held, starting next week, to give residents the chance to get involved in a project that will produce a plan to help shape future development in Chapel-en-le-Frith.
A Parish Plan to cover issues such as transport, roads, schools, shops, employment and housing will be supported by Rural Action Derbyshire who are working with Chapel-en-le-Frith Parish Council on the project.
The aim is to involve as many people as possible who live and work in the Parish and who are interested in taking an active role in developing ideas.
All the meetings have an identical format and start at 7.15pm.
They will be held on March 7 at Combs Village Hall, March 9 at Sparrowpit Institute, March 10 at Dove Holes Methodist Church and March 16 at Chapel-en-le-Frith Town Hall.
Each meeting will cover issues affecting the entire Parish, so residents do not have to attend the meeting being held in the particular part of the Parish where they live.
