HUNDREDS of Cubs from across the High Peak gathered for their District Flower Show on Saturday.
High Peak Mayor Bob McKeown presented the winners with their awards during the event at the University of Derby's Buxton Campus.

Nine cub packs entered the show's various classes, with prizes for the best daffodils, miniature gardens, vegetable animals and decorated pots.

Jean Clough, Assistant District Commissioner for High Peak Cubs, said the show was a great success.

She added: "We are interested to hear from anyone who would like to train to be a leader or who could help in other ways."
