SCARECROWS invaded the village of Wormhill last week during the annual well dressing celebrations with Chatsworth House the inspiration for this year's design.
Status Crow played the village hall and the Grim Reaper greeted visitors to the church.

A Viking warrior, Superman and Sponge Bob delighted old and young alike.

The scarecrows were judged by the public during the week and the winner will be announced at the official opening of the newly refurbished village hall on September 13 from 2pm in the afternoon.
