POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a crash in Buxton on Sunday morning.
A red Ford Fiesta collided with a tree along the A515 London Road, near to the junction with Dale Road, shortly after 4am.
A 22-year-old local man is being treated for head injuries at Stepping Hill Hospital.
Witnesses are asked to call 01773 572929.
