PRESIDENT Tony Jones welcomed members to the October meeting of The Probus Club of Goyt Valley in the New Mills library lecture room.
Mr Les Brown gave a talk on Diving and Working Under Water. He explained how diving took place in many different locations, raising sunken ships, working in sewers, vats of salt brine, repairing canal lock gates plus much more.

Michael Howard gave a vote of thanks.
