Funk Station Zebra

FUNK Station Zebra are a local 70s funk band which play locally around Buxton and monthly at Beltane in Buxton.

The 11-piece band consists of Janet Galloway (main vocals), Hannah Moore, Dot Wales and Ellie Marshall (backing singers), Matt Ryan (drums), Ivan Sherratt (bass), Paul Hill (guitar), Gordon Walker (keyboard), Emma Fairbrother (trumpet), Sam Walker (trombone) and Louise Walker (saxophone).

They perform covers of all the classic big 70s songs which were popular around that time, such as Sly and the Family Stone, The Bee Gees, Stevie Wonder.

Funk Station Zebra are also looking to add more modern songs to their set list to apply to a larger age range.

The band is avalible for hire for weddings, parties, conventions, etc.
