I DISAGREE with Cllr Harrison on not doing work now on the Pavilion Gardens Conservatory.
As a Buxtonian and regular Gardens customer for many years, I believe it is of great beauty and a credit to the gardener who maintains all the plants and flowers.

I am sure it attracts many visitors to the town, including the disabled, all year round.

While it has been closed many visitors believe the Pavilion Gardens buildings have been closed when approached from the town centre.

In fact I would question why, as it has been closed since November 2006, has it taken so long for the work to begin?

I feel that all the Pavilion Gardens complex, together with the Opera House, are a great asset to the town and we should be proud of them.
