BUXTON Opera House will be transporting audiences back to the Tudor and Victorian times from Tuesday 21 to Saturday 25 October, when award-winning Birmingham Stage Company presents two exciting live Horrible Histories stage-shows: The Vile Victorians and The Terrible Tudors.
Bringing history alive and delighting children up and down the country, Horrible Histories theatre shows have been specially adapted for stage from Terry Deary's bestselling Horrible Histories books.

The shows comprise of actors and ground-breaking 3D special effects, to recreate and unleash the most sinister historical figures and macabre events from the past.

Spanning the time period from the horrible Henries to the end of evil Elizabeth's reign, The Terrible Tudors reveals the legends (and the lies!) about the torturing Tudors.

Tickets are priced at £12 for adults and £8 for children. Discounts are available.
