THE GATECRASHER brand - one of the most recognisable names in world clubbing - is due to open its doors in Birmingham on Saturday September 20.
And it will introduce a new visionary clubbing experience - with four levels, nine bars, four nightclubs and six feature areas.
The so-called 'superclub' is set to spearhead the evolution of the new Upper Broad Street as it delivers the most technologically advanced light and sound systems in the world combined with awe inspiring interior design.
Across the four clubs rooms, the venue will play all styles of music creating an exclusive club environment, with one off specialist music events hosting global DJs and artists programmed throughout the year.
The hotly anticipated £5million refurbishment is being headed up by Big Time Design's Cal Fortis - with world famous clubs such as Crobar New York, Crobar Chicago and the Cameo Theatre in Miami under his belt.
Architectural masterpieces include an astounding floor to ceiling digital matrix wall of LED panels and a 14ft mirror ball DJ booth. Pendent chandeliers, ripple fold drapes, reflective ceilings, 'kissing booths' and 'sin bins' add to the glamour of Gatecrasher Birmingham taking you back to an era of disco, sex appeal and sizzle.
Managing Director of Gatecrasher, Simon Raine, said: "Gatecrasher Birmingham will be defined by its entertainment. The new and progressive Gatecrasher is less about the superstar DJ and more about the 'hyper club' experience.
"We are a venue, a space and no longer aligned with one music policy. Gatecrasher Birmingham will vary from night to night, we will program nights at the venue that pander to all styles of music from indie, new rave, rock , pop, eighties, nineties, dance, trance electro, dirty disco, beats and breaks."
Gatecrasher Birmingham's VIP club 'Bed' will host the venue's official public opening on September 20 with a line-up headlined by Radio One's Pete Tong. Joining him will be the super-sexy Miss Moneypennys.
