Whaley Rose Queen photo appeal
DO YOU know what year this picture was taken?
Whaley Bridge Rose Queen Festival was begun in the 1920s as a way to pay off the debt owing on the town's Mechanics Institute, which the picture features.
The current Rose Queen committee believe it was the 1920s or 1930s, but anyone who knows for sure is asked to contact Claire Walker on 01663 741671.
