CHAMBERS Hazel Gladys Of Kimberley, passed away peacefully at home on the 20th November 2012, aged 88 years. Beloved wife to Roy, much loved mum of Alister and wife Pauline, step mum of Geoffrey and wife Donna, Kevin and wife Rosemary, and a dearly loved grandma and great grandma. Funeral Service at Holy Trinity Church, Kimberley at 12.45 p.m. on Wednesday 5th December, followed by Committal Service at Bramcote Crematorium.
