HAPPY 40TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY MUM AND DAD ! Mr David Blowen and Mrs Christine Blowen are celebrating their Ruby Wedding Anniversary on the 2nd December. They will be celebrating 40 years of marriage with a romantic weekend away at a Somerset cider house hotel. David and Christine met as “friends” at Kennings in Chesterfield in the 1960’s. They were married on the 2nd December 1972 at Heath Church. They are now blissfully enjoying their well deserved retirement together living “The Good Life” with an allotment growing their own turnips and walking their springer spaniel called Ben.
